With the increase in violence and attacks worldwide - we have to be honest that the need to improve our security has grown exponentially.

The dangerous situations we face daily tend to be cause more and more stress and we need to address them and improve our quality of life.

In this blog I am going to try and discuss the major issues with regards to security and protecting ourselves from the attacks.
